The project

A new medical clinic for Seddon

On Victoria Street, Seddon, we are converting an existing building into a new medical clinic, designed by Drawing Room Architecture.

Demolition began in August. The roof has been peeled back and the building opened up. Next comes the structural sequence: extensive propping to carry the retained walls, new transfer beams, then a staged demolition of the rest before the clinic takes shape.

First weeks on site, filmed August 2026
