About Siji Projects
Siji Projects is founded on the belief that the experience of delivering a project is as important as the outcome itself.
We provide a structured and considered construction process that supports clients, architects and consultants from early planning through to completion. Clear communication, proactive coordination and consistent site management keep projects moving forward with certainty at every stage.
Our background is trade-based: beginning in carpentry and progressing through site and project management across high-end residential construction in Melbourne for nearly two decades. This experience informs a practical and balanced approach, one that supports both design ambition and buildability.
Leadership through experience
Naz Bahar, Managing Director
Over more than fifteen years, Naz has helped deliver some of Melbourne's finest homes, working alongside leading architects and designers. He has held almost every role in the delivery of a project, from the tools through to site and project management.
He started young. His first site, at nineteen, was a four storey, multi-million dollar home. It was a demanding beginning, and it set a standard he has held to ever since.
Before founding Siji Projects, Naz was a construction manager at one of Melbourne's most respected luxury home builders. He started the practice to deliver homes his own way, with the same rigour and a deeper commitment to service.
He leads every Siji project personally, and is always refining the way the business works. Much of that focus goes to the team. Naz believes in giving them the best opportunity to do their finest work, because that is how consistency is earned, project after project.
The team
The same faces, first day to handover
Every Siji project carries dedicated site management, supported by our own carpentry crew and a stable network of specialist trades built over two decades. We deliberately run a small number of projects at a time. It keeps senior attention on every job and protects the standard the practice is built on.
Relationships built over time
Throughout our professional relationship and the successful completion of numerous projects, Naz has consistently demonstrated a high level of expertise in all facets of construction, both in terms of technical competency as well as management and administration competency.
I am delighted to endorse Naz Bahar for his exceptional contributions during our collaboration on a full restoration, renovation, and addition to a large house in St Kilda. Naz's role was pivotal in the project's success.
